Rapid price movement EA

I would like an action on rapid price movement EA to be written to perform the following:

1)    1)  Any currency pair, any time frame.

2)    2)   Detect user defined very quick price movement (amount) in user defined time period (seconds)

3)    3) Progressive user defined trade value with next value being used for trades up to 7 levels. i.e. 0.10, 0.20, 0.50, 1.00, 2.00, 4.00, 8,00.

4)    4) Enter trade at first trade value or next trade value, when the parameters in 2) above are met, whether or not the rapid movement is long or short.

5)    5) User defined stop loss and take profit

6)    6) Optional trailing stop loss.

7)    7) Referring to progressive user defined trade value (3) above), value moves to next value in user defined list every time stop loss is activated and continues up the list until take profit is activated in a trade or last upper value in the list hits stop loss. Trade value then reverts to first stage.

8) i.e. 0.10, being initial trade value. Trade is activated and stop loss hit, closing trade. Next time user defined parameters are met and trade activated, value would be 0.20. Trade hits stop loss, next trade would be 0.50 and so on. When take profit is hit on any trade, or final trade value 8.00 hits stop loss trade value goes back to base trade value 0.10 and starts the process again.
