I will provide indicator that shows a signal with red and blue arrows on chart

Instruction 1

1.1 EA opens a BUY position when the indicator shows a red arrow.

1.2 If the market keeps going down/selling, the EA picks another buy trade at the {input position BUY distance}  

1.3 EA should close BUY position once it hits {input TakeProfit}

2.1 EA opens a SELL position when the indicator shows a blue arrow.

2.2 If the market keeps going up/buying, the EA picks another buy trade at the {input position SELL distance} 

2.3 EA should close SELL position once it hits {input TakeProfit}

Notes: 

1.1 the EA only uses the indicator to spot entry into the (BUY/SELL) market and does not use it to make subsequent order decisions.

1.2 This means that if the indicator shows the first blue arrow, the EA opens a BUY trade, if the indicators shows another blue arrow the
    EA does not open another trade until it hits the {input position BUY distance}.

1.3 This also means that if the indicator shows the first red arrow, the EA opens a SELL trade, if the indicators shows another red arrow the
    EA does not open another trade until it hits the {input position SELL distance}.

1.4 If the EA hits TakeProfit, it should not open another trade until the appearance of a new red/blue arrow.
