Profitable solution for at least 15% return/month

Hello, 

I need a developer with strong tracking record who can provide me with a turnkey solution to ensure at an automated bot can generate at least 15% profit every month. If can provide more than 20% profit per month I will pay extra $150. Source code must be provided at the end of development.

The strategy must fulfill the following: 

• Scalper strategy and less than 2 minutes open each operation for profit or loss
• Opened and closed position must within this time CET (Central Europe Time):
• 08:00 – 10:30
• 13:00 – 16:00
• Strategy will be tested in my demo account for 3 weeks to ensure monthly profit target of at least 15% is on the way to be achieved.

// Risk management //

-        Risk 1 % of account each trade

-        Close 50% of trade when in profit the same pips amount as stop loss (1:1 Risk reward). When 50% of position is closed à put stop loss to break even and let the rest run until defined trading hours closes.
