Additional function in EA

hello all, I need for an existing Ea 2 additional functions.

First function: The TP function should only be activated when at least 2 orders of the same orders are open (this value should be adjustable) if 0 then not active.

Second function: The TP should when I turn it on for each individual position ( so on and off switchable ) otherwise it should run as before.
