Smart Money EA

I need a programmer that is able to code a customizable EA which will draw order blocks on Different timeframes and when the Price comes back to retest the Order Block, It must go to a lower timeframe and wait for LTF confirmation using different options, TDI crossover, Engulfing pattern or 1min BOS. Also I need conditions to identify a valid order block is based on BOS (Break of Structure) it must identify both Bearish/Bullish Order Blocks (Blue arrow for Bullish/ Red arrow for Bearish) and sort them by timeframe . TP must be to the Wick of the next valid Order Block of the same timeframe. 1H OB --> 1H target, 15min OB --> 15min target. I need to be able to set conditions that have to be met in order for an Order block to be valid. SL to be ¼ of the TP in Pip value marked by Red line and then Trailing SL to be activated once 50% of TP target is reached. 

All logical operators must be in EA (Stop Loss functions, Trailing stop functions (50% of TP Target), Take profit functions, Slipage, Sessions time to trade, Money/Risk management, Spread filters, Lot size Settings, Time/date filters -> where you can set Friday-stop hour as well as the NFP filter) I have everything written down in much more detail. I need to explain you this on a call.
