Indicator needed.. 30usd non negotiable!!

I want an indicator that can perform the following:

1) Scan the current pair to find the following criteria ( for 3 candles ) :

Bullish --> if the current candle closes (Candle 1) higher than the previous high (Candle 2), and the previous candle (Candle 2) closes higher than the candle before (Candle 3) high.

The signal should be seen as a trend line that goes x amount of candles into the future from the entry points. (Let x be customizable). The entry points should be: Entry 1 at the close of the current candle (Candle 1) , Entry 2 at the High of the previous candle (Candle 2) , and Entry 3 at the High of the candle before that (Candle 3).

Bearish -->  if the current candle (Candle 1) closes lower than the previous low (Candle 2) , and the previous candle (Candle 2) closes lower than the candle before (Candle 3) low.

2) Let the look back period of the historic candles be customizable. As in, I want to see historic signals for x amount of periods before, example the last 5000 periods or 500 periods.

3) When the signals appear, i want to have 3 customizable Take profit levels and 1 Stop Loss level per pip value.

example, I might want to see a 50 pip take profit from each entry level. meaning, 

TP1 is 50 pips from Entry 1

TP2 is 50 pips from Entry 2

TP3 is 50 pips from Entry 3

SL is 20 pips FROM Entry 3

(THE PIP VALUE MUST BE CUSTOMIZABLE FOR ME TO ADJUST ALL INDIVIDUALLY ACCORDINGLY).
