Specialist programmer with forex trading background to develop a robot which conforms to my specifications

1.A robot suitable for all volatility indices. Suitable to run on Mt5. 2. A robot capable of opening and closing trade as per stop loss of 1000 pips for volatility 75. 3. Capable of automatically reopening the trade when price moves back at stop loss level. 4. Capable of closing the trade when price slips off from the stop loss level. 5. The stop loss level becomes the opening and closing after the initial trade which resulted in the 1000pips loss. No further shift in stop loss level nor opening level. 6. Capable of repeating the process several times until i interject and stop the robot to run. Example: Assume I am trading volatility 75 index. I open a trade with a buy command when the price is at 10000. I put my stop loss at 9000. When the price hit the stop loss level, the trade is closed. However, whenever the price moves back at the stop loss level of 9000, the robot should be capable of reopening the trade but this time no further stop loss level is set. When the price hit 9000 it opens , if it just slips off at 9000 the robot closes until I intervene and interrupt the robot to run again. These are the conditions for the robot I am expecting.
