EA for just before close Market and Market open (MT5)

Hello, I need an EA for MetaTrader 5 with the following background:

The EA mainly trade stocks CFDs at Admiral Markets or IC Markets.

The strategy should be as follows, the EA should place a buy or sell order just before the close of the market. This should be placed under the following premises:

There should be two measuring points in a certain time before the close of market. The first measuring point should be e.g. 15 minutes before the end and the second measuring point should be e.g. 1 minute before the end of "trading". The percentage increase between the two measuring points is to be calculated. Below there should be a variable that says, if the increase between measuring point 1 and 2 is greater than or equal to e.g. 0.8% then open a buy order.

The same should be able to be defined as a sell order!

So I imagine that i have 3 variables for buying and for selling 3 variables.

Variable 1: e.g. 15 min, 10 min or 7 min... preferably freely adjustable.

Variable 2: e.g. 10 min, 2 min or 1 min... preferably freely adjustable.

Variable 3: e.g. buy if greater than or equal to 0.5% or sell if less than or equal to -0.5%. It would also be great if it were a freely adjustable percentage.

So there should be a total of 6 variables for buying or selling.

Do not place an order if the percentage is below the set value from the increase variable.

The positions should be closed as follows:

When the market opens, new measuring points are to be set. For example, they check every 1 minute whether the price has fallen below the last measurement point since the market opened. If this is the case, the position should be closed.

This variable should also be freely adjustable again, so that you can also set it every 5 minutes or 7 minutes, for example.

So there are 7 variables in the whole system that I envision. I'm open to further improvements.
