Custom MT4 Local Trade Copier With Source Code Needed

Hi All,

I would like an MT4 Local Trade copier with the following features:

1. Local trade copying - trading platforms on the same Windows PC or Windows VPS server 
2. MT4 to MT5 / MT4 to MT4 
3. Adjusting Symbol Name feature (Automatic, manual): if slave has EURUSD.p and master has EURUSDm it should copy. Copier should also have the option of manually setting symbol mappings.
4. Filtering orders: Filter by currency pairs/comments/magic numbers)
5. Support for one (master) to many (slaves) and many (masters) to one (slave) copy setups.
6. Reverse copy = true/false 
7. Custom lot/risk management: Slave can use fixed lot or copy master lot or Slave can automatically calculate lot size based on Account Equity or lot size of copied order can be multiplied by entered value
8. Support for partial close
9. Fast execution speed
10. Support for manual/pending orders as well as TP and SL
11. Should support common account types: Demo, Real, ECN, STP, Raw or Standard. Copier should support copying trades from Demo to a Real account, Demo to Demo, Real to Demo, and Real to Real.
12. Availability of well commented source code

Preference will be given to developers who respond to this request by:

1. Demonstrating that have done this work before
2. Declaring mode of copying i.e. web sockets, named pipes, DLL, text file, combination, etc.
3. [Optional] Suggesting other features that will add value to the requested trade copier
