continuously monitor and control the max lot made by EA in MT4

I use a EA(MT4) in several charts in a terminal. the EA is licensed so I could not modify it.  sometime the EA make a order with a very high lot. that is very risky.

I want a EA or script that can control the max Lot to protector equity.

this program should continuously monitor every trade made by my EA and  if the new order's lot is high than a limit which is preset by  myself, the new order could not be executed.

or if it is too hard, when this program monitor new trade with a higher lot than a limit, close the EA who made the trade or close the chart to discontinue the EA.
