A trading Robot opening a position Buy/Sell every 3 seconds before a new candle opens on a one minute time frame candles

Hi.

I would like an individual equipped with the necessary skills to create a trading robot as described above.

The 3 seconds must always be before a candle closes and a new one opens.

So it should basically align with a 1 minute candle time before next candle.

The robot should allow position size adjustment, number of positions.

The robot should be able to protect a open position in profit against any future loss (similar to trailing stop loss).

The robot should close open positions 55 seconds after after opening.

So basically the robot should open a position 3 seconds before current candle closes and and close that position 55 seconds after.
