Spezifikation

I need a licensing System web based system to a currently working expert advisor to allow me to generate a password for each mt4 acct and manage EA licenses remotely. Including, Date started, , mt4 account name, mt4 account balance, license status, and  expiration date with option to add, edit and delete. this EA should work with dll file.
