I require the development of a simple indicator.

The indicator should look at two candles ( candle 1 and candle 2) on a rolling basis( continuously) 


Notify me

When Candle 1 is blue ( bullish, i.e  the closing price>opening price)

 AND the opening price of candle 2 is equal to or lower than the closing price of candle 1

                  AND the high of candle 2 is higher than the closing price of candle 1


When Candle 1 is red ( bearish, i.e  the closing price<opening price)

                AND the opening price of candle 2 is equal to  or higher than the closing price of candle 1

                 AND the low of candle 2 is lower than the closing price of candle 1
