RSI and CCI in sequence

I only use 2 indicators: RSI and CCI

Short:

Initial status: "idle"

-- Step 1: RSI crossing up certain level (eg +100), then go to step 2 (status "loaded")

-- Step 2: CCI crossing down certain level (eg. +100), (status "short") then short position with SL and TP

Sell when,

- TP gets hit, or

- SL gets hit, or

- Sell when: CCI crossing up -100

Initial status: idle

Long:

Initial status: "idle"

-- Step 1: RSI crossing up certain level (eg +30), then go to step 2 (status "loaded")

-- Step 2: CCI crossing down certain level (eg. -100), (status "long") then open long position with SL and TP

Sell when,

- TP gets hit, or

- SL gets hit, or

- Sell when: CCI crossing up -100

I need a developer who can develop this as required to run a bot.
