At the diagram, if ATR goes up (x), find the last low bar candlestick value (x) of market condition at the chart area when ATR cable rise (x), also do same if ATR goes down (x), find the last high bar candlestick value (x) of market condition at the chart area when ATR cable declined (x).

Note: 
1.Present that read data into a panel. 
2.Allow an automatic two past read data history report anytime it is attached to chart.
3.Allow user to copy and paste the read data into another location. 
4.Compactable to all symbols.
5.Compactable to all timeframe.
6.Update panel as newer data unfold based on trending market condition.
7.Proficient mouse scroll. 
8.Compactable to stay with other indicator at the chart area. 
9.Do not speed low the system when attaché at the chart. 
10.Clear all data if window is exit. 
11.Make ATR cable 200 by default.
12.Allow user to adjust program settings. 
13.Add 20 inches high horizontal line and 20 inches low horizontal line as a control to control unnecessary data collection or gathering at the panel.
