Spezifikation

I am looking for a programmer to code in MT4 a moon phase indicator.   I am wanting a indicator to paint on the chart the moon phases on the chart with a green vertical line representing a Full MOON (buy) and a red vertical line representing the New Moon (sell).  The moon phase dates can be found in a number of places....but I like www.timeanddate.com/moon/phases/  

I would also like the indicator to plot the next 6 future dates according to the moon phases calendar. 


Please let me know if you are willing to do this indicator and if you need more clarification.
