To create a currency meter for 6 currencies and 2 metals. Bidder must show their past successful jobs related to currency strengths. The formula used by the developer to assess the strength of each currency must be accurate and reliable.

To rate the strength for each symbol from 10 to 0. 10 being the strongest and 0 being the weakest.

“Current”  is the latest currency strength based on a fixed time input by the user via input table. P1 to P8 are the past ratings ratings of the same symbol. That means the current rate will become the P1 rate and P1 rate will become P2 rate and so on until P8, at the formation of a new "current" rate. Only one calculation of the strength of each symbol upon fullfilment of current rate conditions is required. P1 to P8 are merely shifting of rates by one column after a new current rate is formed.
