Simple vertical lines indicator

It must have settings where to draw the vertical lines. For example this way:

10:00,11:03,13:15,23:00

line type must be selectable

lines must be pre-drawn for the current day, also there must be a setting how many days back to draw.

color of the line must be selectable and depends on swap rate. For example swap long os -4.2 swap short is -3.2, color for long is green, color for short is red. Then the lines will be green, because swap for long is bigger.  For swap checks there is no matter positive number or negative. Just what number is bigger that color will be used to draw vertical lines.
