We need a plugin or kind of a module that disable the traind on a given symbol if the symbol didn't quote for a given amount of time. The amoun of time should be configurable for each symbol (or group of symbols by wildcards) separately. There should be a way of sending notification to our IT team (either by SMS, Telegram, Email) in case trading on a given symbol is disable. The module should also support a log file for which events such as "quote stopped on ABC symbol" or "quote started on ABC symbol".
