Pivot points MTF for MQL4 and MQL5

I need an simple indicator for MQL4 and MQL5, which can show the pivot points not only for the last day but of different time frames (e.g. MN, WN, D1, H4, H1, M30, M15).

    e.g. In a chart with time frame M5 the indicator can show me the pivot points of the last M15 candle, or of H1, or other time frame (a lower one is not possible M5 pivot points in M15 chart)

Requirements:

- calculation shall be the standard one for Main Pivot point, suport/resistance 1-2

- lines color and type can be changed in the settings

- lines get above a name on the left side (example for M15: "P15 R#2" "P15 R#1" "P15" "P15 S#1" "P15 S#2")

       - P = Previous

       - 15 = time frame (M15= 15, M30= 30, H1= H1, H4= H4, D1= D1, WN= WN, MN= MN)

       - R#2 or S#1 = level of support or resistance

       - main pivot point = P and only code of timeframe

- size of the labeling can be changed in the settings

- time frame shall be selectable

- indicator can show the pivot points of the last bar = 0 or of the last x periods of the choosen time frame in the chart (e.g. x = 20, then the indicator show all pivot points of the last 20 periods in the chart = 20 x 5 points)

- the indicator can show only the pivot points for one timeframe

I need a developer, who can prepare it for both MQL4 and MQL5.
