Convert Pine Script (TradingView) Indicator to MQL4 Indicator

I have created a pine script indicator that I would like converted into a MQL4 indicator.  The indicator is based on higher timeframe confluence: it uses a "zero-lag" MACD on the current time frame and higher timeframe analysis of a regular MACD and a couple higher timeframe moving averages.  When certain conditions are met, it marks buy/sell entries.  I will send a text file of the source code once the job starts.  I coded the pine script indicator, so I'll be able to answer any questions you might have.  

• The code must be bug-free and well documented/commented to allow for future debugging and expansion/modification (I may want to eventually turn this into an EA)
• The trading signals should exactly match those triggered by the pine script indicator
• The available user/front end settings should match the pine script indicator
• The pine script indicator marks recommended entry, TP, and SL with lines on the chart (see image below), so the MT4 indicator should do the same (or similar)
