Spezifikation

I want a program that will enter into a "buy" when the "4"  high smooth moving average is above the "32" high smooth moving average ........and enter into a "sell" when the "4" high moving average is below  the "32" high moving average.  I would also like to be able to enter the amount I want to trade and also be able to Input any number for my two  smooth moving averages .
