Description EA:
Basic principle.
1. The EA always sets buy and sell at the same time, the losing trade is doubled, the winning trade is replaced by a smaller position.If the trade is lost again after doubling, it is divided by two and half buy and half sell will be opened. If it is won, the other side is split. Then the losing trade is doubled again and the winning trade is replaced by a smaller position (e.g. half of the doubled trade).
Sequence:
Opening trades buy and sell same position size Loser is doubled / opposite position 1/2 lot size Splitting Example: The EA starts with 0.01 lot, sets sell and buy at the same time. After 5 pip, both trades will be closed at the same time. The losing trade is doubled (0.02), at the same time a 0.01 is opened again on the opposite side. If the 0.02 is lost, a cumulative 0.03 is lost (previous trade 0.01). 0.03 is now split again, results in 0.015 = 0.02 (rounded up). So again half buy and sell are set (each 0.02) The losing trade is doubled (0.04), at the same time a 0.02 is opened on the opposite side. If the 0.04 is now lost, a cumulative 0.06 is lost (previous trade 0.02). 0.06 is now split again, results in 0.03. So again 0.03 is set as buy and sell. The losing trade is doubled again (0.06), on the opposite side a 0.03 is opened If the 0.06 is lost, a cumulative 0.09 is lost (previous trade 0.03), this is split into 0.05 buy and sell. However, if the 0.03 is lost, it is split into 0.02 buy and sell .... so it goes on, sometimes the buy trade is lost, sometimes the sell trade. The loss side is always doubled ...
Important:
The loss is saved in the global variables, due to the spread, slippage etc. the doubled trade must run further than the original 5 pip TP.
Settings:
Lot size: 0.01 (standard)
Slippage 1 pip (standard)
Virtual TP: 5 pip (standard)
Opposite position to doubled losing trade: 1/2 of the loser (standard)
Opposite position to the doubled losing trade starts again at 0.01 from lot size x.xx 0.12 (standard)
Type of breakeven for duplicated trades: breakeven TP
Close all trades and start again at xxx loss 100.00 in base currency (standard)
