Here is the detail of the coding job

Entry

This ea will open trades upon every candle close once attached to any chart, I will manually select the direction of trades as in whether to buy or to sell on the chosen pair.

Exit

For buy, once the just concluded candle closes below the open price of the very last bull candle before it, then the ea must close all the trades that it opened (take note that there may also be other opened trades that other eas may have opened, those are not to be closed by the ea, the ea will only close the very trades that itself opened

For Sell

For sell, once the just concluded candle closes above the open price of the very last bear candle before it, then the ea must close all the trades that it opened (take note that there may also be other opened trades that other eas may have opened, those are not to be closed by the ea, the ea will only close the very trades that itself opened

Take a look at buy 1

Assuming the ea was attached to a chart and started opening buy trades upon candle close beginning from 13:00 (see red line) it keeps opening buy trades every candle close until 13:35 when a bear candle that closed below the open price of the very last bull candle before it, therefore the ea would close all the trades it has already opened.

Also take a look at Sell 1

Assuming the ea was attached to a chart and started opening sell trades upon candle close beginning from 12:15 (see red line) it keeps opening sell trades every candle close until 13:30 when a bull candle that closed above the open price of the very last bear candle before it, therefore the ea would close all the trades it has already opened.
