Spezifikation

I need a developer to create an EA for scalping forex.

It will use TF H1, at the end of every hour, EA will opens a position if:
the last h1, m30, m15, m5 candles are the same color.

If candles are green and in the first 5 minutes, price makes 3 pips in the same direction, EA will open a BUY position with SL in the last minimum/maximum at tp at 30 pips.

If candles are red and in the first 5 minutes, price makes 3 pips in the same direction, EA will open a SELL position with SL in the last minimum/maximum at tp at 30 pips.

IMPORTANT:

EA will use an indicator i already have, a news calendar indicator (i have the code), that indicator will show in a box every news in that day so, EA will NOT OPEN positions for all the currency with high relevance and/or speeches.

EXAMPLE:

There are no EUR news, at 8:59 am the candles in all TF are green and they close at 9:00 in this color, if by 9:05, price will make 3 pips upward, EA will opens a BUY position with SL in the first minimum/maximum and tp at 30 pips
