MT4 - MATLAB integration and creation of currency pairs screening + arrow indicator + buy, strong buy, sell, strong sell alerts

This job requires knowledge in MT4 & MATLAB environments to integrate MT4 and developed machine learning models in MATLAB, and display the results on MT4. Please find attached a diagram on how the system shall work and some brief requirements below:

1) Real-time OCHLV data (all currency and metal pairs) of different timeframes (1M, 5M, 15M, 30M, 1H and 4H) shall able to be read by MATLAB for Machine Learning (Classification) processing. *The Machine Learning models development aren't part of this job. 

2) Classified results (buy, strong buy, sell or strong sell) from Matlab for all pairs (every pair has 6 classsification results, each from different timeframe -  1M, 5M, 15M, 30M, 1H and 4H) shall be displayed on MT4 currency screening. 

3) Buy, Strong Buy, Sell, Strong Sell Indicators (arrows) shall be display on the currency pair charts. 

4) Alert shall be produced whenever there is any changes in classification (e.g. from Strong Buy to Strong Sell etc.)
