Fractal Breakout Indicator With Alerts

PLEASE NOTE; I saw this as previously completed job and its pretty much what I am looking for

I have made some minor amendments to the wordings. 

Indicator to be used: Native MT4 Fractal by Bill Williams

Purpose: To provide an early notification of a potential break out of the LAST TWO CREATED FRACTALS on a specified timeframe for specified instruments.

The notification will be triggered by a variable percentage setting of the fractal high/low.

For example if the last fractal up was a value 1.000 and the variable trigger setting was set at at 10%, if price rose to 0.9 then the alarm will be triggered.

Method: 

This indicator should run in the background once loaded and monitor multiple selected instruments on specified time frames

The alert is to be set for the last two created fractals only.

Fractal Up - Once a fractal has formed if market price moves to a defined percentage within the high of the recent fractal then an alert is sent via email, Telegram and mt4 push notification

Fractal Down - Once the fractal has formed, if market price moves within a defined percentage of the low of the down fractal then an alert is sent via email, telegram, and mt4 push notification

Must be scalable so additional instruments can be selected or deselected

Parameters that must be variable are:

1. Price Percentage setting for the 1st Fractal to 2 decimal places
2. Price Percentage setting for the 2nd Fractal to 2 decimal places
3. Timeframe

Alarm Settings/Frequency:

The ability to disable alarms for fractal 1 and fractal 2 independently 

Able to send alarm via Telegram private channel,  email and and mt4 push notification

Alarm is only to be sent once and then reset for the next occurrence
