MT4 Trader Copier with Equity closeout control

I need a MT4 trade copier. Trades must be copied using the fastest method. Ideally from one MT4 to another running on a separate computer (via a port number?) NOTE: If this is not possible, I will consider a local trade copier where both MT4 platforms are running on same computer but please state this when responding to the project.  

Trade copier will also have built in provision for equity control monitoring for closing all trades on each separate account.

Trade copier will have following parameters :-

Connection: (IP address/Port# or local)
Type: Master or Slave
Trade Multiplier Percentage: default 100% (percentage used to calculate lot size for slave accounts)
Fixed Lot Size: default 0 (if this is entered then this is used instead for lot size instead of using above multiplier)
Equity Stop Loss: default $500 (If the open & closed losses for current trading day exceeds this level then all open or pending orders closed on that account only – slave or master. Trade copying is then turned off)
Equity Target $: 12,000 (if the account MT4 equity balance exceeds this level then all trades are closed. Trade copying is then turned off)
Broker suffix: blank (if entered then allows trades to be copied between brokers where one broker uses different pair names to others. (eg EURUSD is equivalent to EURUSD.pro on another)
Slave Account Sharing: false (explained later)
Master synchronisation minutes: 0 is off, default = 5 mins
