Screener con alerta para valores de RSI

Necesito una alerta visual y sonora, para cuando el RSI llega al valor de 80, 70, 20 y 30, y con un screener para los activos que tenga en observación de mercado, nunca más de 50, y para los time-frames de: diario, 4h, 1h, 15minutos

Por ejemplo, cuando el RSI llegue a 30 o 70 que me salga un aviso en pantalla con una alerta sonora -con un sonido más bien grave-, y que el aviso de pantalla no desaparezca hasta que yo lo elimine.

Y lo mismo cuando el RSI llegue a 20 u 80, pero con un sonido diferente del anterior.


También necesito una alerta visual y sonora para el cruce de 2 medias, con un screener para los activos que tenga en observación de mercado, no más de 50  y para los time-frames de: diario, 4h, 1h, 15minutos
