MQL5 EA Forecasting Indicator

Hello, 

i need a EA that puts pending order along the forecasting line on chart,

EA Condition:

open pending order when volatility indicator value is above or beneath the price chart line "" and when trading hours are set, if when volatility is above or beneath the chart line value then close pending and open orders

if the forecasting line starts above price chart line then place pending order buy "" points above the forecasting line, close pending and open order by condition (order time, profit, loss, volatility, trading time)

if forecasting line starts beneath price chart line then place pending order sell "" points beneath the forecasing line, close  pending and open order after by condition (order time, profit, loss, volatility, trading time)

if order has been closed by condition, then open pending order if volatility and trading hours is applied

EA Settings:

set trading hours in hh:mm - hh:mm

set volatility indicator value (integrate the indicator attached as file or inside the code)

set Points of difference from chart line above

set Points of difference from chart line beneath

set TP, SL by first maximum and minimum of forecasting line (picture attached)

set Trailing SL

set min Profit in account currency

set time cycle recurrence of pending order place in seconds

set pause between of opening pending orders in seconds

set condition of order close time in seconds

set condition of order close profit in account currency

set condition of order close loss in account currency 

empty fields are not active conditions

negative values to set with minus
