Simple indicator MT4 indicator that track price crossing EMA.

I need an indicator with the following features.

1) It must draw a slow EMA on the chart (red) with a default period value of 150 and the value should be able to be modified.

2) It must draw a fast EMA on the chart (blue) with a default period value of 50 and the value should be able to be modified.

It must calculate the following

1) For long position the fast EMA must be equal to or above the slow EMA and if so it should alert when the price closes (not touches) above the fast EMA. It should alert on close of bar only.

2) For short position the fast EMA must be equal to or below the slow EMA and if so it should alert when the price closes (not touches) below the fast EMA. It should alert on close of bar only.

Alerting capabilities

1) It should have mobile alert notification.

2) It should have onscreen notification
