Binary trading robot based on ADX,50ma and rejection candle.

I want a trading robot that can place 15mins expiration binary options.            CONDITIONS.                                               I want it to place a CALL OPTION when there is a RED CANDLE that rejected off 50moving average. That is, (a bearish candle that tried to close below 50ma but rejected and closed above it) and baseline of ADX and -D1 lines are above the +D1line.                                         ...............,.....,................ Then a PUT OPTIONS should be placed when there is  a GREEN CANDLE that rejected off 50 moving average. That is ( a bullish candle that tried to close above 50ma but rejected a closed below it) and the baseline of ADX and +D1 lines are above the -D1 line
