Morning breakout ea based on candlesticks

Hi I’m looking on a simple ea. based on candlesticks.

It will have a start time ie 8am and a finish time ie 10am. it will check for higher highs . The close of the trade will either be a certain time on that day of the next day.

It will be used mostly on a 15 minute chart.

It basically buys on the breakout

The main idea is a morning breakout. it will have an adjustable start time and finish time so it might start at 8am and take the high of that bar . it will then have a finish time which might be 10am and on the close of this bar if it is higher that the 8am bar it will place buy order on the open of the next bar

There will also be an option to have a bar in the middle which has to be higher than the start bar . This bar can be adjustable so if it is a 15minute chart it might be the 2 ^nd3 ^rd4 ^thbar after the first. also need the option to turn this bar on and of

So the ea will have a  start bar and end bar or the option to have a bar in-between  all working on higher  highs  with the option to turn the middle bar of .  

Times have to adjustable start time and finish time . it will mostly tested on the 15minute chart but would like to be able to test it on other time frames

The close of the trade will be at a certain time either on the day the trade was placed or the day after
