Hello, look for a programer who designed me a new order mask

I want to have the possibility to give 4 TP price levels  and the volume in advance into the mask.  

Pending Order Vol.Price Stop loss ,now this is new:

 Take Profit 1 (price)+ Volume ;Take Profit 2 (price)+ Volume;Take Profit 3 (price) + volume,Take Profit 4  (Price) + Volume

When the price reached TP1 the SL have to go to the starting Price +2

 when reached TP2 SL go to Price of TP2 +2

 and so on.
