Hi,

I want to create a plug-in to my MT4 Platform that limits the maximum lot size able to be open at any time or be placed as an order. 

Effectively, if I have a position open worth 1.5 LOTS and I place an order for 2 LOTS, the plug in should prevent the order being placed.
