Partial close utility tool

1. Its for manual trade purpose money management

2. The utility should be able to partial close an order with 3 specific tp levels ( entered by user)

3. Each time after the order reached a specific TP level, it will modify the SL order to a specific level entered by user ( entry price or last TP level +- certain pips)

4. The utility should identify and control orders by Order numbers or currency pairs ( by typing in order number or currency pair or by attach it to a specific ccy pair chart)

5. The percentage of partial close should also be controlled by user.

E.G. GBPNZD   Sell at 1.9190   TP1 at 1.9160   TP2 at 1.913   TP3 at 1.905   Sl at 1.925

The utility shld be able to set to partial close part of the order at each TP level, and move the SL to a specific price ( e.g . when reach TP1 then move SL to entry price at 1.9190)
