Modify custom indicator and clean code

First of all I want to add an option.

Idea:

When I get signals on a timeframe and on a lower timeframe there is another signal there should be an alert.

To be a valid signal: the signal on the lower timeframe should be the last candle of the bigger timeframe.

Example: I got a signal at 16:30 on M30. To be a valid signal I should get a signal on M15 at 16:45   (M30 is made of two candles of M15) If the last candle of M15 from M30 have a signal too then I will enter the trade at 17:00.
