I have acquired a strong experience in algorithmic trading. Throughout these years I have evolved in the world of EA because I am passionate about automation.
After several years I have concluded some important points that are due to my bad experiences and unfortunately the bad experience of other traders.

I really like the mql5 website which is a sharing site.

For me trading is not a game, the rules I will quote are fundamental for me.

- Never invest money that you can't afford to lose! Think about yourself and your family first.
- Grid / Martingale systems are an illusion of comfort and security, one day the account will lose.
- It is not normal that an EA is so dependent on an environment (broker and Vps) for me it is important to be able to use our trusted broker by choice and not because it takes for an EA such or such broker with the best vps ...
- Unfortunately as attractive as the word AI is (I like it too ...) it is unfortunate to see that these systems are too often over-optimised for backtesting and do not offer the stability to seek the future.
- It is important to have a good money management! and for me it is risky between 2% and 5% of the capital, risking more is being too greedy.
- A good Risk Reward! Today I see very few systems that meet this criterion, it is the average gain divided by the average loss, the result must be greater than 1.

Before developing "EA Zone Forex" I had published several EA's but the number of EA's published that differentiated the currency in which the EA was adapted caused it to be taken as spam and I had to withdraw my EA's from sale.

To make backtest you must have put a real delay, avoid the "Zero Delay".

The programming of the new EA is going well.

I said in the previous post that my RR could be less than 1, but in compensation with more accurate inputs and output.

I did a comparison work, I first developed an EA for EURUSD that had accurate inputs / output through indicators, Ischimoku, ATR, Bollinger Band ect.... I have indeed found that the RR is below 1. Management with Break Event and trailing stop does not help to improve the RR. What I remember is that I did not get a better analysis figure, I'm talking about profit factor, sharpe ratio and other indicators.

I compared with my products that I had to hide, I have the same result in terms of analysis.

In conclusion, with this comparison, I prefer to have my SL and TP place with pips rather than indicators, because with pips I can define the RR myself and thus guarantee a RR target higher than 1.

I don't reveal more my future goal, but I think to finish it in April.

I am sorry for my prolonged absence since I had to hide my products on mql5 because it looks like spam.

I'm working on a new EA that will support several currencies. Always in the same state of mind of a swing trading style. Only I had a lot of discussion about the Risk Reward. In all logic it is good to have a RR higher than 1, however I would not be able to guarantee to respect a RR higher than 1. The reason is simple, I try to target stronger levels, to really detect resistance and support, key level using fibonacci and other useful indicator to find these key threshold. Because in my previous EA's the SL and TP were fixed pips and I had breack events and trailing stops to ensure potential gain (nothing to worry about).

So tomorrow I will add SL and TP according to indicators, Fibo, ATR and others. The objective will be to be more precise on the trade and thus better anticipate the market fluctuations.

There will still be no news filter because in my opinion it is essential when you do scalping but when you have positions open for several days, it is very difficult or impossible to act accordingly to the news. What should I do when a position is open for 4 days and an important news is about to be revealed? Remove the SL at the risk that the market will turn around and not return to the SL threshold? This is obviously not an option.

I will keep you posted on the progress of my EA.

All my products are currently hidden, the reason is that my way of selling my products does not correspond to the charter of Metaquote, indeed to sell EA which have as only difference the Currency is considered as spam. What I understand and I admit that yes it is spam.

To avoid being banned, I hid all my products and I will make only 1 product which will contain my EA.

The final product will cost more than my previous way of selling.
