⚠️ Update on today's Morning Briefing ⚠️
Do you remember what I wrote about the GBP in our volume analysis? Well, here's the result.
We awaited for a rising interest in GBP trading positions, then double-checked if the Net Long volume was still going down, and then shorted the GBP, too.
The entries, after the FX Volume trigger signal, have been so precise that we could have used way tighter stops to increase our position size without risking more money.
Anyway, we are happy with the result because all our trades are far in profit and secured by reasonable trailing stops.
That's precisely why I'll never get tired of saying, professional trading tools make a serious difference! Time to get yours!

Today I traded a nice Dog Walk Strategy setup on my new favourite symbol XAUUSD, and I tried a different technique that I learned and adapted from one of our most popular group members.
The idea is to minimize your entry risk by taking the first trade with the smallest lot size, and if you think it works, you can add more trades to it.
In my example, I split my total risk and dropped a new trade whenever I saw a new bar closing to the downside. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with a too tight stop loss on the third one, but the other two worked fine and covered this mini loss easily.
I’ll fine tune this approach in the near future and keep you posted about my progress. (if there is one 😁)

Today is Dog Walk Trading Day 🤩
The first setup appeared this morning around the London opening where 50% have been closed at TP1, and the rest at break-even.
The second trading opportunity appeared around an hour before the high-impact USD news and has been closed by time schedule 5 minutes before the news publication.
Either way, these are some nice profits on a mostly lame day. 💪

Updated forex symbols... Revisited and improved symbol's suffix management
Update news filter, added "CPI"
Minor improvements on logging and calculation

If you don't see an UPDATE button you can delete the tool in your terminal's Navigator window and reinstall it from the market. In this way, you'll get the latest available version automatically.

Our Breakout Strategy worked extremely well today, and, thanks to the JPY weakness, we got some serious profits.
I'll close these trades now with a total profit of 420 Pips 💪 That's enough for an entire week. 😄
