General information on Trading Signals for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 https://www.mql5.com/en/articles/618
MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 Trading Signals is a service allowing traders to copy trading operations of a Signals Provider.
Some traders do not have enough time for active trading, others do not possess enough self-confidence or knowledge to work in the market. Trading signals make traders' money work rather than merely collecting dust on the accounts.

How to Become a Signals Provider for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 https://www.mql5.com/en/articles/591
Do you want to offer your trading signals and make profit? Register on MQL5.com website as a Seller and specify your trading account to offer your signals to traders. Keep in mind that you can create only one signal for one trading account.
Besides, all paid signals should pass a test period of one month. During that period, they are checked for compliance with a number of requirements (there is no any test period for free signals, of course). If you pass the period successfully, you will gain access to the entire market of MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 users. You will receive direct access to your potential subscribers.

Fundamental Analysis Vs. Technical Analysis in Forex
Traders analyze any financial market including the forex market in one of 3 ways:
1. Through Fundamental Analysis
2. Through Technical Analysis
3. Through a Combination of fundamental and technical analysis
While which method a trader chooses is ultimately up to them and their trading personality, it is my opinion that a trader who at least has an understanding of both technical and fundamental analysis is in a better overall position to trade profitably, than someone who focuses on only one school of thought.

5. Chikou Span Cross
The Chikou Span Cross signal occurs when the Chikou Span (Lagging line) rises above or falls below the price.
Note that the Chikou Span must be rising when it crosses to above the price for a bull signal and falling when it crosses to below for a bear signal; just crossing the price alone is not sufficient to trigger the signal.
As the Chikou Span is the closing price shifted into the past, the cross that triggers this signal will be 26 days behind the price and, hence, the actual date that the signal occurs. The strength of the signal is determined by the relationship of the price on the date of the signal (not the trigger) to the Kumo (Cloud).
5.1. A bullish signal occurs when the Chikou Span rises from below to above the price
weak bullish signal occurs if the current price is below the Kumo
neutral bullish signal occurs if the current price is inside the Kumo
strong bullish signal occurs if the current price is above the Kumo
5.2. A bearish signal occurs when the Chikou Span falls from above to below the price
weak bearish signal occurs if the current price is above the Kumo
neutral bearish signal occurs if the current price is inside the Kumo
strong bearish signal occurs if the current price is below the Kumo
