Does this work if I have a different broker than my friends? I will copy trading the orders from my account to theirs. 
Ummm cause I want to do this but I don’t know if it will work ....If I install this in their mt4 and my mt4 
 can the orders be copied?

Yes, you can copy your trade in the same PC/VPS. But, if you want to copy with different PC/VPS, you need Just Copier Pro.

If a trade gets closed manually before reaching SL/TP in master account, does the corresponding trade in slave account get closed?

yes, slave always follows the master
