Hi how to setup push notification in indicator i already 

put  ID in meta trader but the value in input is 30 means

30 minutes ? if i need 4 hrs chart when histogram turn green

do i get the notification or not or even cross the zero line 

please help

Hi. Yes, it is 30 minutes. So one push every 30 minutes.

2 timeframes going one direction - push. Next push after 30 minutes.

You may set to 20 minutes or less. Or more.
