For BuyAndSell Period you can use Default value of ADX which is 14. For Overzones Period you can use Default value of RSI which is 14 also. But You can try other values also which suits with your TF and Currency pair. For BuyAndSell Period you can use Default value of ADX which is 14.
For Overzones Period you can use Default value of RSI which is 14 also.
