Buy and sell will show the trend strength according to ADX
Overzones will show you over sold and over bought position according to RSI

For BuyAndSell Period you can use Default value of ADX which is 14.
For Overzones Period you can use Default value of RSI which is 14 also. 

But You can try other values also which suits with your TF and Currency pair. You are welcome.
