I need someone smart to code an EA which works based on the following conditions and actions

1st CONDITION

if {

MA 1(M30) crosses over MA 2(M30) "Main Chart"

AND MA 1(H4) over MA 2(H4) "Filter Chart"

AND MACD(M30)>0

}

1st ACTIONS

Close active selling trades on that currency pair(magic number xxxx)
Open buying order (magic number yyyy)

2nd CONDITION

{

MA 1(M30) crosses below MA 2(M30) "Main Chart"

AND MA 1(H4) below MA 2(H4) "Filter Chart"

AND MACD(M30)<0

}

2nd ACTIONS

Close active buying orders on that currency pair(magic number yyyy)
Open selling order (magic number xxxx)

NOTE:

Both Financial and Risk management protocols will be provided later.

All indicators' parameters(MA1, MA2 and MACD) will be provided later

M30 timeframe is the "Main trading Chart"
H4 timeframe is the accessory "Filter Chat"

Crosses below shouldn't be defined as < (less than)
Crosses above shouldn't be defined as > (greater than)
