Session breakout

This expert is for breakout trades of the 3 sessions - probably Asia, Europe, US.

The high and low of the former session should be used for breakout trades. Every session is optional and can be deactivated.

In case the candle - in the current timeframe - is breaking above the high or below the low of the last session, enter trade in direction.

Breaking the level can be defined as closing the candle above/below the level or just crossing the level for xx pips.

The stoploss should be the ATR or the low (for long) and high (for short) of the former session. In case of the 1st session (asia) the 3rd session from the day before is used.
