To play sound for every message send to Mobile Andriod MT4 & Mt5 or new Andriod app or Telegram bot/app

Now presently in mobile mt4/mt5 push notifications got sound working see pic1 .jpg

but once I go inside my mobile mt4 /mt5 terminal message chat icon see pic2 and pic3.jpg when I receive any message there is no sound which is the default behavior in mt4 / mt5 and any andriod app in mobile, already checked there is no setting to change to play sound if terminal chat icon is already open innside mt4/mt5 mobile app

requirement1. request is to code script or indicator or expert or anything or api or write a new simple Andriod app or simple new Telegram bot/app, such that whenever I receive message inside default mt4 /mt5  terminal message chat icon see pic 2, pic 3.jpg or andriod app or telegram bot /app to play notification sound whenever any message is sent to my mobile mt4 /mt5 inside with terminal message chat open or andriod app or telegram bot/app

if is not possible in mt4 / mt5  terminal in mobile, then write a simple mobile andriod app or telegram app/bot and Link to mt4 /mt5 terminal on desktop via api sdk such that anytime when mt4 /mt5 terminal has message to send to the andriod app or telegram app/bot on mobile to display simple log same as pic3.jpg format and play notification sound whenever any message is recieve while the app is open, the app need to have simple function same as pic3.jpg to allow me scroll up and down to view log and function to delete selective/and all log messages

above example telegram forward alert can send from mt4/mt5 desktop to telegram, but the same issue remain such that in telegram only when outside telegram app then it will push notification and play sound, if telegram already open when is inside, it will not play sound and it will just recieve the message silently

so either you can write a script or ea or indicator or write new andriod app or write telegram bot/app or anything as long it can play sound when recieve message while the app is open you check see which option can work, or if you're familar with telegram you can write telegram bot/app above mql link example you can take a look, mt4/mt5 desktop alert terminal message send to telegram bot/app to telegraph channel or group while the channel or group is open to play sound whenever new message come in, the default telegram doesn't have this option setting i aleady check it only play notification sound pop up alert when outside telegram app in mobile
