Convert EA from MT4 to MT5

I need an experienced coder that can convert my MT4 EA to MT5. Additional information will be provided during negotiations. 

I will provide full MQL4 source file once selected. 

The conversion must work with same functionality in MT5 without error and the ability to backtest EA within MT5. 

Fast and clean programming are important. 

The EA relies on choosing from 1 of 10 indicators to enter/exit trades: 

6 are native, 4 are custom, and I have the MT5 source code for the custom. 

The entry/exit logic is straightforward. 

Approximately 3000 lines of code to convert.
