Convert Indicator to Expert Advisor

I need the attached WeisWave indicator converted to an Expert Advisor.

Simple strategy, needs to close previous position when bar color changes and then opens a new position .

eg: If after changing from Green bar to Red bar, Buy trade closes and Sell opens.

      If after changing from Red bar to Green bar, Sell trade closes and Buy opens.

Please add: Trade Size, Trailing stop, Stop Loss and Take Profit to Expert Advisor.

Attached is the only file I have for the indicator.
