Conversion Pivot Point ExpertAdvisor from PineScript to MQL5

Hello there,

I´m trying to implement a strategy I tested on TradingView, written in PineScript for trading Bitcoin CFDs.

It´s rather simple, just ~ 20 lines of actual code, so I guess for someone who knows MQL5, its easy.

In addition to that strategy I need the system to not have any positions open at 5pm Easter time (New York), since 

swaps are charged at 5 pm. No open positions = no swaps, so it would be good if I can set a timeframe,
which sets the duration before 5pm during which no new orders are placed
and a function to close any position as soon as it is profitable during that window. 
These functions would need to be implemented additionally to the conversion.
